Registration
A registration is confirmed only once the 10% registration deposit has been successfully paid. Submitting the registration form does not by itself secure a place on a course.
Payment schedule
10% registration deposit is payable online at registration. 20% is payable by bank transfer upon commencement of the personalised preparation programme. 70% is payable by bank transfer 30 days before departure. Bank transfer details are provided directly by TRN2SMMT when each payment becomes due.
Deposit condition
The 10% registration deposit is non-refundable once the course date falls within the availability stated in your registration form. If TRN2SMMT is unable to offer a course date within your stated availability, the deposit will be refunded.
Participation
Participants must provide accurate personal, medical and experience information. TRN2SMMT may decline or withdraw participation where safety cannot be reasonably assured. Mountaineering carries inherent risk.
